Check In, Check Out, & Cancellation Policy

CHECK IN: 3:30 PM - 9:00 PM

To check in, please see the host at Harry’s Fine Foods, our restaurant right next door. Check in is available from 3:30 pm to 9:00 pm. If you will be arriving later than 9:00 pm please contact us in advance to arrange for a late arrival. Arriving before 3:30 pm? We are happy to accommodate an early check in if possible.

We hate to see you go. When it comes time to depart, we kindly request that you leave your parking pass in your suite, lock the door behind you, and leave the key in the drop box. Please note: a lost parking pass or key will each incur a $250 missing item fee. Need a late checkout? Please check in with us on the morning of your departure to see if late checkout is available.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cancel within 24 hours of booking, you'll receive a full refund. If you cancel at least 15 days before your arrival date, you will receive a 50% refund. We cannot offer a refund for cancellations fewer than 15 days before your arrival.

Getting here and parking

FROM AIRPORT

It takes about 25 minutes to get from Seattle Tacoma International Airport to Harry’s Guest House. You’ll take the I-5 N, take exit 166, and take Bellvue ave to E Mercer Street.

Getting to US By Lightrail 

The closest Lightrail station stop is Capitol Hill located at the interception of Olive and Broadway. It is a 10-minute walk or 2-minute drive.

Parking

Each Suite has a dedicated parking space located in the Bella Vista Building on Bellevue Ave E, directly across from Harry’s Fine Foods. If you are traveling with more than one vehicle, streetside parking is available with a 2-hr maximum until 8pm.

Dining 

One of the most delightful things about Harry’s Guest House is that you can dine with us at Harry's Fine Foods next door or order in-room dining whenever the restaurant is open. Feel like venturing out? Make a reservation at Harry’s Beach House, our sister restaurant on Alki Beach, just across the sound in West Seattle.

Pets

We love pets! Add your dog to your reservation for an additional fee that will cover cleaning, a dog bed, bowl, and treats. Please note that dogs are only allowed in the Lucy Suite.

Smoking 

No smoking or vaping is permitted anywhere on the premises. If any evidence of smoking is found in the house, a $500 fee will be charged to your final bill for cleaning.
